Support
Working with us, or weighing it up? Here's how to reach a real person, what we help with, and how support works before, during, and after a build.
Getting help
The fastest way to reach us is email: build@veratusconsulting.com. We're a small, hands-on studio, so your message goes straight to the people doing the work — not a ticket queue. We reply to every enquiry, usually within one to two working days.
Prefer a form? Use the contact page. If you're already mid-project, just reply on your existing thread so everything stays with your build.
What we can help with
- Before you buy — questions about scope, fit, or whether a Blueprint is the right next step. Ask away, no charge.
- Your Blueprint — anything about a Blueprint you've commissioned or received.
- An active build — progress, feedback, and decisions on work in flight.
- Accounts & stores — your files, developer accounts, and the store submissions we're handling for you.
- Billing — invoices, receipts, and payment questions.
During a build
Every engagement runs through a single point of contact and an agreed set of check-ins, so you always know where things stand. Send feedback on your project thread and we'll fold it into the milestone you're on. Anything that changes the agreed scope is discussed openly — and captured in your build agreement — before we act on it. No surprise invoices.
After we ship
We stand behind what we build. If something we shipped is broken, tell us and we'll put it right — the defect-fix window is set out in your build agreement. Store handover, transfers, and getting you set up to run it yourself are part of the job. New features, changes, or ongoing maintenance after launch are a fresh piece of work, quoted separately.
Billing, refunds & your data
The Blueprint is a fixed, non-refundable fee that's credited to your build if you go ahead — full detail is in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. For how we handle your information, see the Privacy Policy; for the ground rules of working together, the Terms of Service.
An honest note
We don't promise downloads, revenue, or overnight success — no one honest can. What we do promise is to build the thing properly, keep you in the loop, and be reachable when you need us. That's what support means here.
